Mat - Sales and Vehicle Marketing
Mat’s automotive experience began with Shifted in 2018. Before that, he worked as a hospitality manager, beverage salesman, and a manual laborer. He learned to drive manual on an old "three on the tree" Chevrolet farm truck. He doesn’t have a dream car but wouldn’t mind a late 80’s Land Cruiser or an early 90’s Jeep Wagoneer, and the most fun he’s had driving a vehicle was during an emergency vehicle operations course in college. When not leading the sales efforts at Shifted, Mat enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with his family.
Alex - Sales and Vehicle Marketing
In 2020, Alex started his career as a humble carwash attendant. From there, he grew his skills and automotive knowledge through detailing, reconditioning, and sales assistant roles. He is proficient in Spanish and enjoys assisting our Spanish speaking customers. In addition to his responsibilities at Shifted, Alex is also a student at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.

Dennis - Sales and Reconditioning
With over 3 decades of industry experience across sales, service, and reconditioning roles, Dennis is a walking encyclopedia of automotive knowledge! Among his favorite cars are air-cooled Porsches, preferably Grand Prix white and naturally aspirated. Favorite car memories include weekends with his family on and off the track at Road America. Dennis also enjoys sharing his expertise with new drivers as a volunteer instructor at the local Teen Car Control Clinic.
Dylan - Office Manager
Dylan began his career in the automotive industry with Shifted in 2026, but has been a car enthusiast for many years! He has a passion for unique and foreign vehicles and looks forward to learning everything possible from the experts here on the Shifted Team. He has spent most of his career as an accountant - primarily focusing on bookkeeping, taxes, and billing. He loves music and anything creative or that involves the outdoors.
Dream car: Audi A8L W12
Learned to drive manual: Taught by his Grandfather on a 1960's Ford 2000 series tractor finished in iconic "Ford Blue"

Eric - Acquisition and Business Operations
Eric’s 20+ years in the Automotive Industry began with washing cars in high school and grew to positions in sales, marketing, management, and remarketing for a global brand. He has a genuine passion for finding unique, fun, and interesting vehicles and pairing those cars with new owners. Needless to say, he loves his job! Outside of work, Eric enjoys camping and riding dirt bikes with his wife and two sons.
Dream Car: Porsche 997 GT3 RS (orange of course!).
