COVID-19 Update


 
We take customer and employee safety, health, and welfare very seriously. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken the following steps to protect each other:
 
 
 
  • Wiping down/washing/disinfecting public/high traffic/high touch spaces of our facility after each customer visit?
  • Disinfecting vehicles before and after test drives
  • Wiping door handles, steering wheel, gear selector, seat belts, radio/climate controls, and other common areas of vehicles.
  • Training employees to observe an appropriate social distance from each other and from customers.
  • Offering physical interaction free test drives.
  • Reserve and make appointment on website.
  • Digital test drive agreement.
 Extra steps we can take upon request:

 

  • We can fulfill virtual test drive requests with video and audio.
  • Facetime video workarounds.
  • Undercarriage photo/videos.  
  • Youtube video walkarounds
  • Remote/digital purchasing options
  • FedEx paperwork to customers
  • Highlight self-appraisal - no need to bring vehicle to dealership to have valued
  • Bringing vehicle to your home to see in person (20 mile radius)
